Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of SendHawk.Online, a transactional email service. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. The service

SendHawk.Online delivers transactional email on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you send, for having permission to email your recipients, and for complying with the law that applies to you.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SendHawk.Online to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions you send to. We suppress addresses that bounce or complain, and we may suspend accounts that damage shared sending reputation.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the content you send and of your recipient data. We process it to deliver your email and to give you delivery analytics. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability and publish current status on our status page. Paid plans may carry a service level commitment, stated on the pricing page.

6. Fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above your plan allowance is billed as described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
