Sending data: recipient addresses, subject lines, message metadata and delivery events (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained).

Technical data: IP addresses, API request logs and error traces needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Why we process it

To deliver your email, to give you delivery analytics, to bill you, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Retention

Delivery events are retained according to your plan's log retention. Suppression entries are retained for as long as the address must stay suppressed. Account and billing records are retained as long as the law requires.

5. Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and email delivery providers to run the service. A current list is available on request.

Data is encrypted in transit. API keys are stored hashed. Access to production systems is limited and logged.
